The medical report on the patient’s condition
The patient suffered from pain and burning in the chest with heart attack. the patient had a catheterization and stenting in Tunisia, yet, it did not work. Where his condition reached a critical stage.
The patient contacted Turkey Healthcare Group from afar, and all medical reports were sent by the patient.
Doctor’s council was held in Cardiovascular Surgery Department, and basic treatment plan was given ( the patient must come immediately to the hospital due to the seriousness of his condition).
The Board of Physicians in the Department of Cardiovascular Surgery diagnosed the patient’s condition, as it was found that the patient suffers from a blockage in all the arteries of the heart, and he needs surgery as soon as possible.
Diagnosing the patient’s condition
A diagnostic catheter was preformed directly, and it was clarified that the patient suffered from a complete blockage in all the blood vessels that supply the heart, interventional radiographs or stenting can not be done. Patient needs an open – heart – surgery and bypass heart surgery to switch at least 3 arteries
The surgery lasted two and a half hours, and after the operation, the patient was transferred to the intensive care unit for follow- up, after approximately 4 to 6 hours, the patient in the intensive care unit extubating was preformed, he stay in the intensive care unit for one night for observation.
On the second day, general laboratory İnvestigation was preformed to evaluate the patients condition, If the patient’s condition is good, the patient will be transferred to the cardiac surgery floor, in which he will be followed up for about 4-5 days.
If the patient’s condition is generally stable, he will be discharged from the hospital and stiches will be removed in a week. condition of patient will be evaluated in order to give him a permission to leave hospital and even fly to his country.
Thanks to God, the surgery was performed successfully, and the patient is now enjoying good health.
