The Medical report on the patient’s condition

The patient was suffering from a blockage in the arteries, as he underwent a diagnostic cardiac catheterization in Iraq. In addition, the patient had previously a heart attack, and as a result of the sugar he did not feel it. There is also calcification in the vessels of the heart.

After the patient arrived at the hospital and the catheterization report was read, it was found that the patient suffers from a blockage of 3 arteries with a percentage of 100% and the fourth the blockage percentage was 90%.

Required treatment plan

The patient was admitted to the hospital and all blood tests, examinations and x-rays were performed, and after the results of the tests appeared, a council of doctors was held to discuss the patient’s situation, it was decided to perform open-heart surgery for the patient. The risk of the operation was clarified, in addition to the problems that the patient suffers from, such as diabetes and obesity.

The surgery lasted two and a half hours, and after the operation finished, the patient was transferred to the intensive care unit for follow-up. After approximately 4 to 6 hours, the patient was out of the intensive care. As a routine procedure after open-heart surgery, the artificial respirator was isolated and was followed up in intensive care for one night only.

On the second day, general analyzes were performed on the patient. If the patient’s condition was good, he will be transferred from the intensive care to the cardiac surgery floor, in which he will be followed up in the department for 4-5 days.

If the patient’s condition is generally stable, he will be discharged from the hospital, and a review date is set, which is after a week in order to remove the stitches, Where the patient clinically examined. If his condition is normal, he will be allowed to travel.

Thanks to God, the heart surgery was performed successfully, and the patient is now in good health.

We wish the patient a healthy life.
